The Administrative Assistant wears a lot of different hats, so to speak. You'll organize multiple projects at once, answer phone calls, send correspondence on behalf of Administrative/Professional personnel, act as liaison between staff and external community providers, conduct research and prepare documents, file and retrieve information, and more. People will rely on you to be the knowledgeable, friendly face who is juggling several tasks with ease.


CenterPointe is a non-profit organization that provides pivotal, life-changing treatment for individuals who are dealing with co-occurring Mental Health & Substance Use Disorders. As national leaders in the industry, we constantly push boundaries to provide the absolute best care to the people we serve. CenterPointe has been providing excellent services for over 40 years in Lincoln, and we are very excited to have recently expanded our programming to the Omaha community. 

As the Administrative Assistant at our agency's headquarters, the senior Leadership of CenterPointe need a candidate with determination, organization and time management skills, and a great capacity to constantly learn new information.

A positive, motivated individual who always seems to be the go-to person when someone needs answers. It's easy for you to manage several large projects at once, because you enjoy facing challenges, looking them in the eye, and consistently knocking them out of the park. You're patient, organized, and capable of using creative thinking to improve processes and push innovation.  You crave efficiency and value professional growth, and can perform tasks requested without ever having to be micromanaged.


-  A High School diploma (or equivalent) is needed. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree would be great, too - but they aren't required.

-  Considerable experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and overall competency with technology

-  2+ years' experience in clerical or administrative support roles

Experience working in a behavioral health setting is a big plus
