Qualifications Master’s degree in mental health (counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, social work, etc.), or ability to obtain within 6 months, required. Licensure, or license eligibility in the state of Nebraska, as a Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP), Provisional Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP), or Independent Mental Health Practitioner. Bilingual candidates preferred but not required. Training and/or experience in evidence-based mental health interventions with school aged patients. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office products required. Prior experience with an Electronic Health Record (EHR) program preferred. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with culturally diverse patients and staff. Demonstrated comfort and ability to work with patients across the life cycle, particularly youth and adolescents. Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to working in a fast-paced clinic, all while maintaining accurate patient documentation in a timely manner. Ability and willingness to maintain a work schedule that is consistent with clinic expectations.
