Youth Rehabilitation and Treatment Center YRTC - 855 N 1st Street, Geneva, NE 68361 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday along with on-call responsibilities The Mental Health Practitioner is responsible in providing mental health needs for individual, group, and family therapy services consistent with the goals established by the interdisciplinary treatment team. In addition to those responsibilities, they are also required to develop individual treatment plans for the youth and participate in various meetings to include treatment team, family team meetings, and often court hearings including the travel to them. Documentation and progress notes are also a required function of the job. The Therapist responds to crisis situations and aids in de-escalating youth as needed.
