You will have a supervisor available to address any concerns you may have as you are getting started. Currently, we are looking for professionals to join our team of Family Support Workers. Pay is competitive and paid time off is offered. The Family Support Worker is responsible for providing Parent Education and Family Support to clients as assigned. Specifically, the Family Support Worker will provide direct service to parents and their children primarily in the home environment as trained. This worker will redirect, encourage, and promote healthy and appropriate interactions between the parent and child also during Supervised Visitation. This worker will work with this client on goals such as finding employment, maintaining affordable housing, parenting and safety in the home or other goals as referred. *This position has hours occurring primarily during evening and weekend.
