Job Description:

Full-time rewarding position assisting adults recovering from mental illness by focusing exclusively on individuals' strengths, skills and abilities. A valid driver's license with a good driving record required.

Communicate with co-unit leader(s) to plan for unit work, develop new projects, and carry out responsibilities while balancing other work responsibilities.
Develop and strengthen relationships with members and staff to better the clubhouse.  Talk and listen to members to get to know them and their likes and dislikes.  Actively engage members in unit work by inviting them to participate and working side by side with them to get the work of the unit accomplished.  Coordinate with other staff to best meet the needs of members by providing a variety of work opportunities in the clubhouse.
 

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required;
Bachelor's Degree in Human Services Field preferred;
2 years coursework or 2 years experience in behavioral health field will be considered.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record required.
