Houses of Hope is hiring for full time overnight and second shift Behavioral Health Technicians in our residential halfway house program. In this residential substance use/addiction treatment programs, technicians supervise program activities interact with residents and support their recovery efforts. Current open positions may include weekends and/or holidays **There is an additional .50 cent per hour shift differential for overnights and time and ½ for holidays.
Candidates need: A high school diploma or equivalent or two years of human services coursework or lived recovery experience acceptable(Associates or Bachelors degree in psychology sociology or human service field preferred); a clean driving record; good interpersonal written and verbal communication skills; ability to climb stairs; have basic computer skills; be able to multi-task; utilize good judgment; and work well with others on the team as well as independently. Must be 21 years of age. Good attendance is essential
