Develop and strengthen relationships with members and staff to better the clubhouse. Talk and listen to members to get to know them and their likes and dislikes. Actively engage members in unit work by inviting them to participate and working side by side with them to get the work of the unit accomplished. Coordinate with other staff to best meet the needs of members by providing a variety of work opportunities in the clubhouse.
